(2)(i)Industrial School Certificate; or(ii)Government Technical Examination of Lower Grade in the subject; or(iii)Certificate of the Government of India, Director of Resettlement and Employment (Ministry of Labour) Explanation; the Industrial School Certificate should ordinarily be of not less than two years duration arid for the particular subject alone and not for number of subjects.
