(a)"Board of Examiners" shall mean the present Board of Examiners who make arrangements for examinations consisting of the Member, Board of Revenue as the Chairman, Secretary to the Board of Revenue as Secretary to the Board and the Legal Remembrancer, the Inspector General of Police and the Chief Engineer, Electricity as its Member;
