Section 2(e) in Bihar District Medical Cadre/Bihar Health Service Cadre (Appointment on Regular/Contract basis and Service Conditions) Rules, 2008
(e)"Specialist Doctor" means a doctor who has obtained Post Graduate Degree as M.S./M.D. or equivalent or Higher Degree from a recognized medical teaching institution.
