Section 28(a) in The Punjab Capital (Development and Regulation) Building Rules, 1952
(a)Where the water closet is situated in a two or more storey building and vent pipe is carried inside the water-closet room the minimum dimensions shall be 3'-4½" in width by 4' - 6" in length;
