Section 182(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(1)The Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer shall, either on his own or through any other agency, at all times, ensure that the water in any waterworks belonging to the Municipality, from which water is supplied for domestic purposes, is wholesome.
