12. Power To Formulate Rule.
- (i) The State Government shall have the power to make Rules for the implementation of provisions of this Act.(ii)The Commission shall have the powers to frame Regulations, with the approval of the State Government, for the conduct and other work of the advertisement, conduct of written examination, publication of examination results, personality Test/Interviews, if any.
