Section 12(ii) in Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act, 2008
(ii)The Commission shall have the powers to frame Regulations, with the approval of the State Government, for the conduct and other work of the advertisement, conduct of written examination, publication of examination results, personality Test/Interviews, if any.
