Section 1 in Telangana Regulation of Trade in Indian Made Foreign Liquor, Foreign Liquor Act, 1993
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.7, Revenue (Excise-II) Department, dated 06.01.2016.] [Regulation of Trade in [Indian Made Foreign Liquor] [Substituted by Act No.24 of 2005.], Foreign Liquor] Act, 1993.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions.
