Section 60(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)The distribution licensees and persons having power purchase agreement for firm power for more than one year shall pay the capacity charges in proportion to their percentage share, allocation or contract in the installed capacity of a generating station.
