Section 41(7)(a) in Bihar Inland Vessels Rules, 2013

(a)In case of death, the body of the patient shall be wrapped in a cloth soaked in a strong solution of cyllin, and made over to his relatives, friends, or where he is without relatives/ friends, to the police, who shall arrange for its disposal.
