Section 21(2) in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
(2)It shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Council,-(a)to keep the register in accordance with the provisions of this Act;(b)to keep any orders made by the Council;(c)to revise the register from time to time; and(d)to publish the register in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette in such manner as may be provided in the regulation.
