Section 148(1) in Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1961
(1)subject to any condition it may think tit to impose-(a)guarantee the payment, from the funds at its disposal, of such sums as it may think fit, by way of interest on capital expenditure on the construction, maintenance or working of means of locomotion; or(b)make such payments as it may think fit from the said funds, by way of subsidy to persons undertaking to provide, maintain and work means of locomotion; or
