Section 53(1) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987
(1)The minimum academic attainment for admission to a college of the Vishwavidyalaya shall be laid down by the Vishwavidyalaya Board except as under clause (1) of Statute 53.
