35. Oath or affirmation on first appointment.
- Every member of the Armed Police on first appointment shall make and subscribe an oath or affirmation in the form set out in Schedule-I to this Act before the Commandant of the Battalion or such Gazetted Officers as the Government may specify by general or special order in this behalf.
