(2)The operational review shall contain the following information regarding the general progress and operation of the undertaking :-(a)Vehicle position and performance statistics;(b)Statistical analysis of operation;(c)General Statistics showing the position of staff, progress of works complaints and the like;(d)Analysis of Revenue;(e)Analysis of working costs.
