23. Regulations.
(1)An Authority shall have power to make regulations, in the manner as may be prescribed, for the conduct of its affairs and the affairs of any of its committees and for laying down the procedure to be followed at its meetings.(2)The regulations shall not be contrary to the provisions of this Act, the Statutes or the Ordinances of the University.Chapter - VIAffiliation, Recognition and Approval
