Section 82 in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
82. Restrictions on grant of loan.
(1)A co-operative, other than a co-operative bank, shall not grant loans to members on the security of their share or on the security of a non-member.(2)A co-operative may, however, grant loans to depositors on the security of their deposits.
