Section 26(2) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission - Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Standards of Performance Regulations, 2004
(2)Where any of the provisions in these regulations is found to be inconsistent with those of the Act, rules or regulations made thereunder, notwithstanding such inconsistency, the remaining provisions in these regulations shall remain operative.
