Section 92(1) in The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(1)Social Audit of the major works being carried out by the Panchayat shall be conducted by the Social Audit Committee appointed under section 73 in such manner, at such intervals and with the help of such officers as may be prescribed.
