Section 2(1) in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Council (Syllabus for Written Test) Regulations, 1975
(1)In these regulations, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-(a)"the Act" means the Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 5 of 1972);(b)"the Council" means the Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Council established by the Government of Tamil Nadu under section 3 of the Act;(c)"Form" means a Form appended in the Schedule to the Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Rules, 1972;(d)"Registrar" means the Registrar of the Council appointed under section 14 of the Act.
