(2)The result sheet sent shall be scrutinised by the Principal of the institution utmost within a period of fifteen days from the receipt of the result sheet and if any discrepancy be observed in respect of posting of result as per Regulation 23, total carry over posting of sessional marks, division, award of honours or distinction in respect of any candidate the same shall be intimated by him to the Secretary for clarification before issuing the marks sheet to the candidate concerned.
