Section 13(2)(c) in The U.P. (Regulation Of Building Operations) Rules, 1985

(c)for revised plan of a building which the Prescribed Authority has already sanctioned, the fees chargeable shall be l/4th of the fees chargeable on the original plan, subject to the condition that the covered area of the building has not increased by more than 5% than in the original sanctioned plan.
