Section 13(c) in The Himachal Pradesh Forest (Settlement) Rules 1965, As Amended By First Amendment Rules 1975
(c)When a claim comes partly under section II and party under section 12 of the Act, the Forest Settlement Officer will separate those parts of it which fall under section II form those which fall under section 12 and will enter them in his register as distinct claims.
