Section 4(a) in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
(a)If the non-official member of the Board referred in Regulation 3 above, is absent for two consecutive meetings he shall cease to be a member of the Board and in his place another member may be appointed for the unexpired portion of his term of office.
