Section 26 in The Delhi Medical Council Rules, 2003
26. Constitution.
- The Executive Committee shall consist of five members. The President of the Council shall be ex-officio Chairman of the Executive Committee. The Council shall elect the other four members of the Executive Committee from amongst themselves as follows:-(a)One member to be elected from amongst Members nominated under Clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Act.(b)One Member to be elected from amongst Members elected under Clause (b) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Act.(c)One Member to be elected from amongst Members elected under Clause (c) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Act.(d)One Members to be elected from either Dean of Medical Faculty of the University of Delhi or Director of Health Services of the Government.
