34. How to make Statutes.
(1)The first Statutes with regard to the matters set out in clauses (1) to (9) of section 33 shall be made by the State Government.(2)Additional Statutes may subsequently be made on all matters required to be prescribed.(3)Every Statute to be made by the University shall be considered and approved by the Council and the Chancellor.
