18. Termination of Service.
- No member of the cadre shall be entitled to notice or any salary and allowance in lieu thereof, if he is removed from service on account of misconduct, dishonesty or moral turpitude. Notice of termination shall be issued by the disciplinary Authority.Explanation. - Termination of service means removal/dismissal from service of a common cadre Employee.
