Section 14(b) in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation Tax on Advertisements Regulations, 2006
(b)The copies of the regulations shall be kept at the Corporation Office or Unit Cells of each Ward for sale to the public at the cost to be decided by the Corporation.
