Section 1 in The Haryana Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2014
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Haryana Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2014.(2)It shall apply to all the clinical establishments in the State of Haryana.(3)It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may, by notification, appoint:Provided that different dates may be appointed for different categories of clinical establishments and for different recognized systems of medicines.
