Section 98(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(1)The Director (Administration) on receipt application in Part-I of Form 20 under Regulation 97 shall-(a)acknowledge immediately the receipt of Form 20 in Part-II of that Form and despatch the same to the applicant;(b)complete Part-III and IV of that Form.
