Section 29(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)The Board shall specify norms to be followed for appointment of qualified persons for the confidential work of the examination, to work as a Chairman of Paper-Setter's Panel (CPSP), Paper-Setters, Translators, Conductors, Deputy Conductors, Supervisors, Chief/Senior/Associate Moderators, Moderators, Senior Examiners, Examiners, internal examiners, external examiners, etc. and the other administrative staff.
