(2)A private candidate subject to the following provision, shall have to reappear only in all the theory examination. The pass marks secured by him in practical examination and those for sessional work in theory, project and praeticals in the previous examination in which he appeared and failed in theory paper only shall be carried forward for working out the aggregate and division, provided that a candidate who failed in any of the practical examinations also at the previous examination, he shall have to appear in all the practical examinations along with all the theory examinations.
