Section 17(17)(a) in The Haryana Transmission and Bulk Supply Licence

(a)cover all material technical aspects relating to connections to and the operation and use of the Transmission System including the operation of electric lines and electrical plaint and apparatus connected to the Transmission System in so far as relevant to the operation and use of the Transmission System and shall include, but not be limited to connection conditions specifying the technical, design and operational criteria to be complied with by the Licensee and by any person connected or seeking connection with the Transmission System or by any Generating Company who is connected with or seeks connection with the Transmission System or the Distribution System of any Supplier;
