Section 14 in Bihar Handloom Technical Sub-ordinate Cadre Rule, 2015
14. Interpretation.
- Where any doubt arises in the interpretation of the provisions of these rules the matter shall be decided by The General Administrative Department, Bihar, Patna in consultation with The Law Department its decision shall be final.
