1. Short title extent and commencement.
2. Definitions.
- In these Rules, unless otherwise requires in the context -3. Cadre Structure.
4. Authorised Strength.
- The number of authorised strength shall be the same in this cadre as may be determined by the Department.5. Reservation.
- In recruitment and promotion in the service or cadre, compliance of reservation policy/roaster notified by the State Government, from time to time, shall be necessary.6. Recruitment.

7. Qualification.

8. Probation Period.
- According to Rule- 6(1) For the technical employees be appointed to the related post, probation period shall be for 2 (Two) years from the date of appointment and it may be extended for 1(One) year by the Appointing Authority, if the probation period is not satisfactory. Such extension shall be made only if the Appointing Authority is of the opinion that the probationer has a chance to improve. If the service is not found satisfactory in the extended period also, the person concerned shall be removed from the service.9. Training.
- It will be essential to participate in the training during the probation period and after that in service period. which may be determined for this by the State Government/Directorate time to time.10. Confirmation.
11. Promotion.
