21.07.2023 This case is pending for service of the respondent no. 1. This Court deems it fit to serve the respondent no. 1 in a routine service manner i.e., by issuance of summons to be served by the Tamilat Section of the Principal District Judge, Jammu for which the petitioners shall procure dasti summons from the office of the Registrar Judicial, Jammu to be delivered to the Tamilat Section of the Principal District Judge, Jammu for effecting service of the respondent no. 1- Inderjeet Singh upon nishandei by a representative of the petitioners.
Petitioners to procure dasti summons from the office of the Registrar Judicial, Jammu within seven days from today.
