Section 48 in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
48. Power of Board to make bye-laws.
- The Board may make bye-laws consistent with this Act to provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the procedure to be followed at the meetings of the Board and the Committee appointed by it and the number of members required to form a quorum at such meetings;(b)any other matter solely concerning the Board and their Committees not provided for by this Act and the regulations made thereunder.
