Section 37(1) in Telangana Irrigation Utilisation and Command Area Development Act, 1984
(1)Notwithstanding anything in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, an offence punishable under this Act may also be tried summarily under the provisions of Chapter XXI of the said Code:Provided that no sentence of imprisonment for a term exceeding three months shall be passed in any such case tried summarily.
