Section 38(21) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(21)There, shall be a post of Administrative Officer of the University who shall report to the Registrar and to the Chancellor. The Administrative Officer of the University shall exercise such powers and duties as may be given/granted to him by the Chancellor or by the Registrar from time to time.
