(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, the Board may make Regulations providing for -(a)the procedure and disposal of its business;(b)remuneration, allowances and other condition of service of members of the staff of the Board, [other than Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer to the Board;] [Added by Bihar Act No. 2 of 1964.] and(c)functions and duties of the members of the staff of the Board, [other than Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer to the Board.] [Added by Bihar Act No. 2 of 1964.]
