Section 33(1) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University Act, 1994
(1)Where any question arises as to-(a)the interpretation of any provision of this Act or any Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations or Rules or(b)whether any person has been duly appointed as or is entitled to be a member of any authority or other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the State Government whose decision thereon shall be final.
