Section 3(b) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Admissions into MBA/MCA Professional Courses Through Common Entrance Test Rules, 2003
(b)The requirement of qualifying at the "Common Entrance Test" shall not be applicable to the candidates sponsored for admission by Ministry of Human Resource Development; Government of India New Delhi.
