Section 24(2) in Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research Puducherry, Regulations, 2008
(2)The Chairman and members of the ad hoc Committees shall be nominated by the Institute;Provided that the Standing Finance Committee shall include only members of the Institute;Provided further that the number of persons who are not members of the Institute shall not exceed one-fourth of the total membership of each of the other standing or ad hoc committees.
