Section 6(1) in The U.P. Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1976
(1)A licence granted under this Act may be suspended or cancelled, if it appears to the Licensing Authority that-(a)any of the grounds mentioned in sub-section (2) of Section 5 exists; or(b)the licensee has parted wholly or partly with the possession or control of the fruit nursery or that he has ceased to run if.
