Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance test for Diploma Holders, (ECET-FDH) Rules, 2003
1. Short tile applicability and Commencement.
(1)These rules shall be called the "Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance test for Diploma Holders, (ECET-FDH) Rules, 2003".(2)[ They shall apply to all Engineering, Pharmacy and Architecture Courses for admission into(a)IInd year of Undergraduate Professional Courses in Engineering Colleges (Including Technology), Pharmacy through lateral entry;(b)1st year of Undergraduate Professional courses in Engineering (Including Technology) offered in University Colleges:(c)1st year of Undergraduate programmes in Architecture in University and affiliated colleges;In All India Council for Technical Education, Pharmacy Council of India and Council of Architecture approved institutions.] [Substituted by Notification No. G.O.Ms. No. 40, dated 1.7.2003 (w.e.f. 15.3.2003).](3)They shall come into force with immediate effect.,(4)Rules of Admission into the above Courses shall be issued separately.
