Section 82(1) in The Goa, Daman And Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968
(1)The powers and duties exercisable by the officers referred to in section 9 may be exercised, during the term of settlement, by the Collector or such other revenue officer as may be specified by the Government, for the purpose, by notification in the Official Gazette.
