38. Meetings of the Cyber Council.—
(1)A meeting of the Cyber Council shall be convened once in six months. The Cyber Controller shall convene the meetings of the Cyber Council. The Vice-Chancellor shall preside over the meetings of the Cyber Council:Provided that, the Vice-Chancellor may direct the Cyber Controller to convene a meeting of the Cyber Council at such place, date and time as he deems necessary.(2)The quorum for the meeting of the Cyber Council shall be one-third of its total number of members.(3)The procedures for meeting of the Cyber Council shall be as may be prescribed by Statutes.
