Section 8(1) in Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission Rules, 2015
(1)The business mentioned in schedule-1 of these Rules shall be executed by the Chairman and Members of the Commission. Like wise, the business mentioned in schedule-2 shall be executed by the Chairman of the Commission.
