Section 112(1) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007
(1)The oath/affirmation of the Councillors elected from each Municipality shall be taken in accordance with procedures laid down in Section 15 of the Act. The programmes for swearing in ceremony shall be determined by the State Election Commission.
