Section 315(b) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(b)every motor cab on the stand shall be kept as near as possible to the kerb or near side of the stand. No motor cab shall be kept at the stand at a greater distance than 31 centimetres from the motor cab next in front or remain with its front wheels of the straight or at an angle to the sides of the stand;
